Admission to ArchXpo 2021 (ABS)

ArchXpo 2021 is a Hybrid event. As such, you may attend the Exhibition in person (24 - 26 November) or online (10 November to 9 December).

As this is a trade show for the built environment industry, admission to ArchXpo and Architecture & Building Services 2021 (ABS) is strictly for professionals and practitioners only.

In adherence to the strict Safe Management Measures (SMM) protocols required of a Safe Business Event, all intending trade visitors must pre-register online by 9 November 2021.

For in-person visitation:

For the safety of all participants, all visitors are required to take a compulsory pre-event Antigen Rapid Testing (ART) prior to admission into the Event Halls. The test is provided on a complimentary basis by the Organisers. Participants who have completed their course of COVID-19 vaccinations (i.e., they have received 2 doses of the vaccine two weeks prior (before 10 November 2021) to the intended date of visit to the event, will be exempted from testing.

As capacity in the event halls will be limited because of SMM, we have a capacity to accept a daily total of 550 independent registrations for in-person attendance. Confirmation of registration is subject to pre-qualification by the Organisers. An acknowledgement will be sent to you within 7 days of registration. Please contact us if you do not hear from us after 7 days.

Independent Trade Visitors (ITV) will be organised into cohorts of 50 persons each and allocated to specific time bands as indicated in the table below.

Conference delegates (CD) will also visit the Exhibitions at the allocated time specified in their programme. Within the conference venue and show floor, delegates/trade visitors are advised to stay within their assigned cohorts of 50 persons. Inter-mingling with members of the other cohorts is strictly prohibited.

Registration Steps

Please complete all fields in the registration form as requested, providing mobile contact number and email address to receive QR codes / Password Link for admission into the In-person Exhibitions and Virtual Exhibition accordingly.

For accepted registrants, we will upload only details such as Name, Profession, Business Activities, and selected Areas of Interest, onto the Virtual Exhibition platform for exhibitors to contact you via the chat function, to arrange for Pre-Scheduled Appointments (online or on-site).

Don’t miss the chance to network with your ideal business partners online prior to your actual visit! Similarly, you are also able to search the platform for your target exhibitors to request for meetings with them.
